Rotary Airlocks are designed to handle various types of material for various applications for dust collectors & pneumatic conveying systems.
Rotary Airlock feed the material with air leak proof construction. Rotary Airlock Valves are trouble free & low maintenance.
Rotary Airlock Valve Body & End covers in CI are rigid constructed. Bearings are outboard and shafts are sealed with gland packing's. Rotary Air Lock Valves are coupled / chain driven geared motor.
Rotary Air Lock Valves are available in round / square flange in all sizes ranging from 150 NB to 550 NB in Cast Iron / Stainless Steel / Cast Alloys & Fabricated in all customize size. Cleaning Window Port in square flange type Rotary Air Lock Valves are also available.
For abrasive material handling Chrome plated Rotary Airlock Valves are available. In some cases air purging arrangement is provided for free flow of material

Application : Drop through Rotary Airlock valves are used for free flowing of dry materials. Rotary Airlock valves works in differential pressure control in cyclone, Bag filters & also in dust collectors. Rotary Airlocks are also used for metering purpose.
Rotary Airlock valves are used in Food products application,pharmaceutical & chemical industries this valves are constructed in Stainless steel for hygienic purpose.
For different type of application different types of rotor are used like 6 vane, 8 vane, 10 vane, 12 vane rotor.
